Ctet July Exam 2024
Several important changes have been made in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in July this year. These changes are aimed at helping candidates prepare for the exam and making the exam process more transparent. CTET exam can be conducted online from this year. This will be especially beneficial for those candidates who live in remote areas and face difficulty in reaching the examination centres.
Ctet Exam Pattern 2024
Time for each paper may be increased from 150 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, giving candidates more time to attempt questions. Now the number of questions in each paper can be increased from 150 to 200. However, each question will be worth 1 mark only. No marks will be deducted for giving wrong answers in the exam, so candidates can answer without any fear.
Other important changes
CTET exam fee has also been increased. The fee has been fixed at ₹1,000 for general category candidates and ₹500 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates. The application process will now be completely online, wherein candidates will have to upload the required documents along with their application.
