Rajasthan Ptet 2nd Counselling 2024
Counselling is an important process for candidates who clear PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test). This is the stage where candidates are allotted seats in various educational institutions.
Registration: Online registration is required for counselling. In this, scanned copy of personal information, PTET roll number and other required documents have to be uploaded.
Choice Filling: After registration, candidates have to fill the choices based on the preference of various colleges and courses.
Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted through a computer-based process. Candidates get seats based on their merit and selected options.
Document Verification: After the seat is allotted, candidates have to visit the respective college and verify the documents.
Fee Payment: After document verification, candidates have to pay the prescribed fee to accept the seat.
Rajasthan Ptet College Allotment 2nd List 2024
PTET (Pre-Teacher Education Test) is an entrance exam conducted for admission to B.Ed colleges in Rajasthan. Candidates who qualify this exam are allotted colleges on the basis of merit. If all the seats are not filled in the first list, a second list is released in which the remaining seats are filled according to the merit. The cutoff in this list may be lower and candidates may get an opportunity to refill their preferences.
The second list of PTET college allotment is another chance for the candidates. If you have failed to get a seat in the first list, there is no need to panic, as you may get the college of your choice in the second list.
How to check the second list?
The second list is usually released on the official website of the exam conducting institute. You can check your allotted seat information using your login ID and password. The date of release of the second list is announced by the exam conducting institute and it is released a few weeks after the release of the first list.
